health insurance for the employee (and may be available for other family, if paid by
employee), paid 1 week vacation after 1 year and during the 2nd year of
employment, paid 2 weeks vacation after 2 years of employment during the 3rd
year and thereafter, paid holidays, 1 week sick leave if ill, use of company vehicle
during regular work hours, profit sharing based on a 6 year vesting schedule for those
that qualify based on their hours worked and tenure, to name a few.

Message regarding subcontractor opportunities:
As a subcontractor for McNair Building Construction, you must meet certain
requirements. Some of these requirements are as listed below:
 | You must be licensed with the Town of Hilton Head in order to perform work in the city
limits of the town. |
| You must have workman's compensation insurance, and provide a current certificate.

| You must have liability insurance commensurate with the projects magnitude, and provide
a current certificate. |
| You must have a State of South Carolina mechanical license for electrical, mechanic, or
plumbing work. |
| You must have a current State of South Carolina Certification number for your particular
area of work, or have a valid general contractors or builders license.
|
| You must have a good list of current references and a list of recent work completed, so
that we might be able to inspect the completed project. |
| You may be requested to provide credit references. |
