The construction should start in Spring 2003 in Indigo Run commercial area directly adjacent to the traffic round-a-bout with high visibility.  The building is a professional office building located in short walking distance to many other commercial projects, a financial district, and retail areas of Indigo Run.  The building will be owned by DDJ Developers and should be available for occupancy in the Winter of 2003.   The building will be 2 stories and contain an elevator.  The preliminary site-usage plan reflects approximately 10,000 square feet.
