determining complexities of lot purchases; including the building envelope setbacks,
variances, site preparation requirements and costs, site elevations, tree considerations
and general value considerations. Evaluations prior to purchase are recommended.
Works directly with
customers to develop design changes and value pricing
Coordinates services for
customers, including financing, attorneys, and insurance needs.
Develops preliminary prices
for plans, changes and revisions, so as to supply prospective clients the tools needed to
make accurate value engineering decisions before funds are expended by the client.
