Bill Bailey

Superintendent, Project Manager

Bill is a highly talented and knowledgeable builder. He owned his own construction firm for over 6 years in Syracuse, NY, and a painting and remodeling company for 14 years prior to employment with McNair in 1997. He studied pre-Architecture at Syracuse University, and has an intuitive insight into visualizing plans, elevations, and details to help the customer make informed decisions.

Bill is assigned a designated group of homes under construction, and the following, overall job related responsibilities:

 

 Daily supervision of subcontractors and construction progress

 Quantity take-off's and ordering of material

 Scheduling of inspections of local authorities

 Scheduling of owner walk-throughs

 

 

 Communication with owners as it may relate to quality, costs, selection verification, and scheduling

Scheduling of deliveries

Scheduling subcontractors
