SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS:

The Progress payments shall be in accordance wit the schedule of payments submitted by the subcontractor and approved by the contractor prior to the start of work.   Invoices shall be submitted on Thursdays for payment the Friday of the next week less any applicable retainage percentage for incomplete work or punchlist.  No Early payments will be considered.  Twenty percent (20%) and eight (8%) shall be withheld from any, or all applications for payment  for those subcontractors not providing proper certificates of insurance for Workmans Compensation and General Liability insurance, respectively.  You are required to provide McNair Building Construction, Inc. with the proper information prior to any work being performed.
