Leon is a highly qualified builder and superintendent.  He has been owner of a local company, House-Tech,  residential design/builder and interior finish carpentry company since 1986, and is a licensed home builder.  Leon's experience includes significant knowledge in the finish carpentry area for almost 15 years, and value/quality home construction.  

Leon graduated M.I.T. in 1974, with an undergraduate degree in Architecture. He is an accomplished professional musician since 1963, and has published original C.D.'s.

Leon is assigned a designated group of homes under construction, and the following, overall job related responsibilities:

 

 Daily supervision of subcontractors and construction progress

 Quantity take-off's and ordering of material

 Scheduling of inspections of local authorities

 Scheduling of owner walk-throughs

 

 

 Communication with owners as it may relate to quality, costs, selection verification, and scheduling

Scheduling of deliveries

Scheduling subcontractors
